Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Emergency Waterproofing across Jamestown because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Licensed & insured in TN · Real warranties
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Jamestown area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Jamestown technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Jamestown homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Jamestown technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Jamestown crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Jamestown homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Jamestown foundation wall right now.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Jamestown customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Jamestown homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your Jamestown property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
Storm season keeps our Jamestown emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Jamestown tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Jamestown pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Jamestown crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Jamestown commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Jamestown horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
If your Jamestown basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every Jamestown job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.

We back our Jamestown work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
